Going on a one week camping trip, what to expect?

So I am going in the woods for 7 days this sunday. I will be; hiking, camping, caving, possible canoeing, rock climbing, high-low level ropes courses. I wanna get bigger, faster, and stronger while im out there. Will this help? also what is caving? and what should I bring? (stuff for mosquitoes, bugs, gear and so fourth)

Expect the funnest time of your life, caving or spelunking as the pros call it is crawling climbing traversing through underground caves with some of the strangest sites you will ever see. Have fun and enjoy every minute of it. It sounds like your going to a major summer camp consult with them as to what to bring, Bring a deet based product to keep the mosquito’s at bay here is a backpacking check list

Added- LOL Walking, “Spelunking” IS what the pro’s call it the National Speleological Society still uses the term. “Caving” is the dumbed down title, for folks that don’t know or understand what Spelunking is. Think how the term Mountaineering has also changed and been dumbed down hahahahah y’all make me laugh.
