Where To Find Glass Armor In Oblivion? (Xbox 360)?
Ok i am level 20 and that’s when i heard you start seeing glass armor on everyone..ive been to mines and caves and stuff like that but i found everything but the glass gauntlets/bracers AND glass shield..haha…plZ help?
Hi there. As soon as you are Level 20, monsters will START having a percentage of dropping Daedric and Glass armor and weapons, HOWEVER, the percentage is not that great at Level 20. I would wait until you are up to Level 23-25 or so, and then find dungeons that house BANDITS. Yes, Bandits. The reason why I am telling you to find dungeons with just Bandits in them is because they wear only Light Armor, so that will maximize your chances of getting the three items you need.
Please be patient when trying to get the Glass Bracers and Shield, (especially the gauntlets) because it will take quite a while to get them. Most normal enemies only have like a 2-5% chance of wearing gauntlets, and Boss enemies have like a 10% chance. Basically, the best chances you have of finding the Shield and especially the Gauntlets is by finding the Boss Chest (and the Boss enemy nearby), and hope that either the Boss enemies or Chest has the gauntlets or shield in them. If they do, congratulations! If not, move onto the next Bandit dungeon and repeat.
Don’t be surprised if it takes you more than an hour to get them, as that is usually how long it takes me to find those blasted Daedric Gauntlets
