Caving Oil

What will happen when all the oil in the world is gone? Mass cave-ins and sinkholes???
There is alot of oil in the ground, once it is all gone there will have to be huge caverns and caves leftover right??
I think not for 3 reasons 1. petroleum does not occur in pools like a rock cavern but rather is suffused through rock which remains in place even after the stuff is brought up; 2. in modern drilling, to extract more oil faster, often water is pumped down. 3. There are lots of very old fields nearly depleted, such as in Pennsylvania, and I’ve never heard of this happening
There are lots of problems with consuming oil to deal with above ground.
