Are there any “cavemen” living in South Africa?
When I was a child there was a hermit living in a large set of caves near Gansbaai/De Kelders area. Are there still some people who have departed from normal modern life to live in isolation in a cave?
Yes there is, the two i know of are:
Port St Johns – there is a large guest house just above the cave that feed him etc for tourist attractions.
Clarens in the Free State – he does paintings for tourists for a living.
