Ok, Sounds like you have just started Ruby. Well the way to get Rock smash is at the house which is in Mawille City (hope i spelt that right). It is at the Bottom right hand corner. Wen u go in there will be a scientist guy. Just go in and he’ll give u Rock smash. Hope This Helps
